FRO.LU - Citizen-Driven Parliamentary Oversight

Rules

FRO.LU Rules

In addition to the Terms and Conditions, this page describes the basic rules that apply to FRO.LU.

Introduction

FRO.LU allows users residing or working in Luxembourg to suggest Parliamentary Questions. Suggested questions can be discussed and debated in the comments section by registered users. The author of a suggestion may edit it at any time. All registered users can vote for the questions they wish to see submitted to the Government.

Identity

Users are not required to provide their full name. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for more information.

Content of Questions

Questions should serve the general public interest. Individual or personal issues should be avoided unless they are part of a broader matter that warrants parliamentary inquiry.

Review Process

Members of Parliament Sven CLEMENT and Marc GOERGEN may select any suggested question at their discretion. They are under no obligation to act on any suggestion and do so solely based on their individual judgement and conscience.

If a question is selected for submission, it will be marked as Accepted. Note that the MPs may amend the wording to ensure it covers all relevant aspects and meets parliamentary requirements.

Once submitted, the question will be updated with a link to the official parliamentary question. Any government response will also be linked within the question.

Off Limits

As outlined in the Terms and Conditions, abusive behaviour of any kind is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to racism, sexism, insults, and any attempt to manipulate votes (e.g. through multiple accounts or automated systems).
